Warranty –Wood Cabinet Doors, Kitchen Cabinet Doors & Door Fronts
Because of its inherent nature, wood will expand and contract in accordance
with its environment. Temperature, humidity and other changeable conditions
often affect wood movement; therefore a limited guarantee will apply. We
guarantee all our products (except those otherwise specified) for one year from
the date of shipment. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Guarantees do not apply when there has been improper
storage, handling or finishing on the part of the Customer.
Any items claimed to be defective must be returned to us, prepaid, for our
inspection. Cabinet Doors and Kitchen Cabinet Doors 42” and over carry no
guarantees against warpage. Warpage of less than 1/4” is not considered a
defect. Cabinet Doors without a SOLID panel carry no guarantee against warpage.
This guarantee does not apply to costs incurred after the product leaves our
plant. All claims against product must be made while product is still in the
white.
Since all orders are custom made to the customer’s sizes, cancellation is not
possible after the order is sent to our shop and cutting has begun. We are not
responsible for any incorrect information received from the customer.
We try and stay on schedule as closely as possible. However many processes are involved in the completion and delivery of a manufactured product and we will NOT be responsible for any delays.
Warranty –PVC Cabinet Doors, Kitchen Cabinet Doors & Door Fronts
PVC Kitchen Cabinet Doors, Cabinet Doors and Drawer Fronts are warranted for
5 years against warpage, color fading and de-lamination. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any product deemed defective must be returned prepaid to us for our inspection. There is no warranty
for openings over 36” high.

Use of any cleaning agents other than those we have
recommended will void the warranty.
Recommendations for Care and Cleaning of PVC Products
USE:
- Methyl Hydrate – recommended
- Soap (non-abrasive) and water
- Denatured alcohol and water
DO NOT USE
- Lacquer thinners or any other product containing acetone
- Any abrasive rubbing material or cleaner
- Use of any cleaning agent other than those outlined above under “USE”
will void the warranty.
CLOSENESS TO SELF-CLEANING OVENS
Due to extremely high temperatures vented from self-cleaning ovens, it is
recommended that a filler be installed between any door/drawer front and a self
cleaning oven. Customers are also advised to open all doors and drawer fronts
near the self-cleaning oven when the oven is in self-cleaning mode.
These PVC doors are also referred to as: Rigid thermal foil, thermo foil,
Thermo Formed, Rigid Thermal Vinyl, MDF with Plastic Finish, RTF and Vinyl
Wrapped doors to name a few.
