Our quoting is NOT in real time. This means you will need to use the submit button you’ll see on our quote page to email the quote to us. To read why click here. We will return it within 24 hours. This will be next business day on weekends. If you do not receive your quote back, something went wrong. The number one reason is an incorrect email address.

Doors and drawer fronts are sold by the square foot. We do not round up, you pay only for the actual size you require. Some smaller drawer fronts have a minimum charge.

You will also see the shipping cost on your quote. WE have NO hidden surcharges that the shipper will ask to collect at delivery.

Orders are sent to our shop floor within 48 hours after payment is received. Changes or cancellation can not be made after this.

Please measure and plan carefully.

We are a very friendly company and would love to talk with you. Unfortunately talking about things that are manufactured to the 1/16 of an inch and over 100 designs is not a good thing. With 26 years of experience we learned a long time ago that everything needs to be in writing. This will stop things like “I thought you meant” or “I was sure I asked you to change that”. Of course this would be disastrous for both parties. If you are not sure of something, please email us and we’ll try out best to help you. We will not do planning, math or designs. We manufacture doors and drawer fronts from sizes entered on our quote forms and made to the style of door or drawer of your choice..

NOTHING verbal about ANY order will be discussed. Everything MUST be on your quote. If you need changes to your quote you will need to fill out a new quote and submit it. We will then make the necessary chances and send it back to you. Please be very careful that what you see on your quote is what you want, as our shop will work from those figures and specifications.

The quote will become our contract when you ok it by placing the order.
