Why We Quote The Way We Do Our quoting process may be a little longer then others because we quote you for Exactly what you need and we charge you only for what you need. Let me explain.. First we do NOT have free shipping. To send 150 pounds of doors across the continent for free would be a crazy business practice. The free shipping price is added to the door cost. The door cost is based on the farthest possible delivery area. So, if you live somewhere in between, you’ll be paying too much. This is why we need your full address. We only add enough to get Your order to you, not enough to get it from coast to coast. We need you to pick the wood, pvc color, styles, top of door designs, etc, Because we’re basing your price on only what you need. Some places take the highest materials cost, highest pvc color cost and highest profile cost and base Your order on that. You’re paying for the highest priced door that can be had. Are you sure those are the options you need for your job? If not, then you’re paying for something you’re not getting. We also need your exact sizes for a quote because we charge you only for what you get. We do not “group” sizes together. ( that way you’re paying for the largest size, even if you do not use it ). With us your price is for the Exact product you’re buying. We have 100’s of different door combinations YOU can custom design on our site. Each and every door can be a different cost because of size, material, pvc color, panel design, frame design, door top profile, outside edge, drilling or number of lites in a glass frame. A LOT of times we get quotes where a customer has entered non standard or non matching doors / drawers for the same job. Out professional quoting team catch this and make notes on the quote. We are thanked for this and corrections are made. If you ok the quote we email to you, there will be no need to retype or enter anything. It will be your invoice and our shop working list. It will not change… We will provide a toll free # with the quote so you can place the order or discuss it in any way.
